I have been listening to the two other Sheik Chinna posts all day, this music is a revelation to me and has managed to lighten an otherwise dull afternoon. keep it coming.

There will of course be more Nagaswaram and I am glad you like it, but of the Carnatic music I will start putting up more vocal music for a while... Look out for some very good Nagaswaram later by Karukurichi P. Arunachalam, Namagiripettai Krishnan and of course T.N. Rajaratnam Pillai..

One of the handful of records we didn't give away from our collection. I'm just holding it now and its in good condition.

I still remember strains of the Pibare Rama Rasam and the Thiruppugazh playing at home in the early 80s, long before I found an interest in nadaswaram music and started listening seriously.

Its a great feeling to have these sounds from my childhood resurrected and offered me again. Thank you so much, dear bo!

It is a great job. Even though I am hearing Indian Carnatic & Hindustani Music for quite some time I had not come acorss such kind of research on the artist, instruments and photos, really it is great I donot have words to explain the thanks.

I have a good collection of Carnatic as well as Hindustani Music uploaded in Media fire links. I can send the links to you so that you can post in the forum. Kindly advise.
